ALLERGEN WARNING: Our products are prepared in a shared commercial kitchen that handles ALL nine (9) FDA-recognized major food allergens, including Milk, Eggs, Fish, Shellfish, Tree Nuts, Peanuts, Wheat/Gluten, Soybeans, and Sesame. Cross-contact is possible. Do not purchase or consume our products if you have a severe food allergy.
1. Shared Kitchen Disclosure
All SUL food products are prepared in a shared commercial kitchen facility located in San Diego, California. This kitchen is also used for separate food preparation by other operators. As a result, our products may come into contact with ingredients that are not listed on the product label, including all major food allergens recognized by the U.S. Food & Drug Administration (FDA).
Even when a product does not contain a specific allergen as an intentional ingredient, cross-contact during preparation, cooking, storage, or packaging cannot be guaranteed to be absent.
2. Allergen Matrix
The following table reflects allergen presence and cross-contact risk for all SUL products prepared in our shared kitchen facility:

“May be present” means that while this allergen may not be an intentional ingredient in every product, cross-contact is possible due to shared kitchen use.
3. Individual Product Allergen Information
Allergen information specific to each product will be listed on the individual product page on our website and on product packaging where applicable. However, due to our shared kitchen environment, the cross-contact risks described above apply to all products regardless of their listed ingredients.
Ingredient lists and allergen disclosures for individual products are subject to change. We recommend checking the product page each time you order, particularly if you have a known food allergy or sensitivity.
4. FDA Major Food Allergens
The following are the nine (9) major food allergens recognized by the FDA under the Food Allergy Labeling and Consumer Protection Act (FALCPA) and the FASTER Act of 2021, all of which are present in our shared kitchen:
- Milk / Dairy
- Eggs
- Fish (e.g., bass, flounder, cod)
- Shellfish (e.g., crab, lobster, shrimp)
- Tree Nuts (e.g., almonds, cashews, walnuts, pecans, pistachios)
- Peanuts
- Wheat (including gluten-containing grains: wheat, rye, barley, and their crossbred hybrids)
- Soybeans
- Sesame
5. Celiac Disease and Gluten Sensitivity
Our products are NOT suitable for individuals with Celiac disease or non-celiac gluten sensitivity. Wheat and gluten-containing ingredients are used in our shared kitchen, and we cannot guarantee the absence of gluten cross-contact in any product.
6. Recommendations for Customers with Food Allergies
If you have a known food allergy, food intolerance, or dietary restriction, we strongly recommend:
- Consulting with your physician or allergist before ordering any of our products;
- Reviewing the full ingredient list for each product before purchase;
- Not relying solely on our labels or website descriptions if you have a severe or life-threatening allergy;
- Contacting us directly at hello@eatsul.com with any specific allergen questions before placing an order.
We cannot guarantee that any of our products are free from any specific allergen. If you have a life-threatening food allergy, we strongly advise you not to order our products.

Nutritional information provided on our website and packaging is estimated based on standard ingredient data and is intended for general informational purposes only. Actual nutritional content may vary based on ingredient sourcing, preparation methods, and portion size. This information should not be used as a substitute for professional medical or dietary advice.

SUL and Cereal Ventures, LLC make no representation or warranty that any product is safe for individuals with food allergies, intolerances, or specific dietary requirements. By purchasing and consuming our products, you acknowledge and accept the risks associated with shared kitchen preparation and agree that SUL and Cereal Ventures, LLC shall not be liable for any allergic reaction, adverse health event, or other harm resulting from consumption of our products.
